Arena Stage is thrilled to launch a fun, team activity centered on The Fantasticks. Set for Saturday, Nov. 14, A Fantasticks Voyage will allow teams of up to four to race around D.C., discovering clues and meeting a cast of Fantasticks characters. Teams will have the chance to win tickets to The Fantasticks opening night (Friday, Nov. 27) at the Lincoln Theatre and a restaurant gift certificate for four. Join the fun!

Rules
Arena Stage’s A Fantasticks Voyage Scavenger Hunt will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009.
Minimum team size is 1.
Maximum team size is 4 members.
To get early clues and hints about the event via Facebook and Twitter, register > your team members by Nov. 10, at 6:00 p.m.
Teams that register > by Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m.will receive the first clue by Twitter or Facebook the day before the hunt begins.
Teams that register > after Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m.will receive the first clue by Twitter or Facebook at noon on Saturday, Nov. 14.
Teams must arrive at the starting location with all teammates no later than 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 14 to participate in the hunt.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate without supervision. Ages 6 to 15 may participate with parent or guardian supervision as a member of the team.
The first team to arrive at the final location with all the previous clues answered correctly will be named the winner.
Any team that does not have all clues answered correctly when they arrive at the final location may retrace their steps or they will be disqualified from the hunt.
You may be videotaped or photographed for future use by Arena Stage.
All treasures can be acquired legally. Any team using illegal means to acquire treasures will be disqualified immediately. That means no harassing, either physically or verbally, any bar or restaurant patron or any D.C. citizen for items. It is their right not to help you and you should respect that.
You must read and sign the liability waiver > and bring it with you to the starting location.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Any rule violation or illegal activity will result in disqualification from the hunt and your team will be taken out of the running for any prize.

Tips & Suggestions
You are encouraged to Twitter and Facebook about your Fantasticks Voyage before and during the hunt.
When using Twitter, please use hashtag (#FANVOYAGE) or mention @arenastage in all hunt-related tweets and status updates on Facebook.
Bring at least one small bag to carry hunt clues and treasures.
Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring an umbrella, for it may rain … but the hunt will happen rain or shine!
Public transportation is encouraged, so leave your cars at home and grab a Metro map (and your card). There is a strategy to walking, taking a cab or riding the Metro...which will you choose?
Pre-register by Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m. to get advance tips about the clues and be one of the first to get your first clue via social networking.
