Camp Arena Stage is staffed by professional artists, professional educators, and graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in arts training programs. All activities are designed, planned and implemented by these talented instructors. They are supported by upper high school and college student Counselors in Training, who serve as classroom assistants.

Staff members are chosen for their experience working with young people, arts training, professional arts affiliations, warmth and enthusiasm.

The overall camper to staff ratio is 1:6.
